At The Pod Spot, we’re committed to delivering fresh coffee pods and great service every time you order. Please read this policy to understand how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds.
1. Shipping Information
a. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another notification with tracking details once your order ships.
b. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer standard and express shipping options across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen service.
We partner with reliable carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator, to ensure safe and timely delivery.
c. Estimated Delivery Times

2. Order Tracking

3. Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our coffee pods and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the consumable nature of coffee products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used items. However, we gladly accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery, provided the packaging remains sealed and in good condition.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue.
We’ll promptly replace the affected item or issue a full refund — including shipping — at no extra cost.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds may not be available for:

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
